How can we tell which cat to choose in the shelter?
We can let the cat choose us.
A cat who makes an effort to catch our attention is already demonstrating some people skills. They will probably be a cat who:
-Knows what they want
-Knows how to get it
-Likes people
-Likes to get people to do what they want
These are all fun traits we want in a cat. To have the cat alert us to the fact that they have these skills? Priceless.
So the next time we go looking for a cat, we should see who interests us... and who is interested in us.
